Friday Attendance
Please remember that Friday IS a school day! Students may earn the privilege of not being here on Friday by having zero unexcused absences and submitting all work on time. Otherwise, it is expected that the student will attend on Friday. Meet first with your advisor to develop a plan for the day, and be sure to have each teacher document your attendance.

Senior Meetings
We are collaborating with Rhodes Graduation to offer online access for senior ordering: not just caps & gowns but a wide variety of graduation apparel, class rings, etc. We will hold two virtual meetings to explain your options, what is REQUIRED for graduation, deadlines, etc.

Students in Cohort A will attend Monday, February 1 at 3:00.

Students in Cohort B will attend Tuesday, February 2 at 3:00.

Our virtual and MTC students may choose to join in either session. They will both have the same information, so you only need to attend one.

Parents, you are welcome to join either session as well! Please try to attend live so you can ask questions. However, the video recording will be shared after the initial meetings.

IGP Reminder
Parents, please contact Mrs. Epps by email if you have not yet had a meeting with our counselors this school year. All students should participate in their Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) meeting annually.

Health & Safety Reminder
We are committed to keeping our students and staff safe during our in-person learning. Please remember to notify the school immediately if you test positive for COVID-19, or if you have been identified as a close contact to someone who tests positive. If you are experiencing any possible symptoms of COVID, you should stay home and contact the school.

Masks must be worn PROPERLY at all times on campus. This includes covering the mouth and nose. Parents, please ensure your student has a mask that fits well and stays in place. Thank you for helping to keep our campus healthy!
