COVID-19 Reminder
Parents and students, please remember that if you (or anyone with whom you’ve had close contact) tests positive for COVID-19, or if you are experiencing any suspected symptoms, you should not come on campus. Please contact us right away so that we can determine if there were any close contacts here at school, and so that we can discuss plans for attendance and missed work. We are striving to maintain safety protocols here at school, and we need your assistance to help keep everyone safe. This document contains many frequently asked questions, and we encourage you to contact us with any other questions or concerns. Thank you for your cooperation.

Spring Dual Enrollment
Registration for Spring classes at MTC began this week. Any student who is interested in taking college classes should speak to Mr. Whatley SOON to discuss placement testing and the application process – classes do fill up! Continuing students should also speak to Mr. Whatley about course selection.

Virtual College Fair
Please consider checking out this virtual college fair! It’s a great opportunity to learn more about scholarships and what different colleges have to offer. The virtual fair will feature over 20 different schools and it’s a chance to learn about how to get scholarship money you don’t have to pay back!

Reports Cards
The first nine weeks ends October 26 and report cards will be mailed home on November 2. If your mailing address has changed since your enrollment at MMC, please contact us to update your address this week.

MMC Board of Directors: Nominations & Elections
Nomination Forms for the MMC Board of Directors will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on October 30. Election forms will be mailed home with report cards and should be returned by November 16.

Learning Models – Spring 2021
YOUR INPUT NEEDED
We are nearly halfway through the Fall semester and are beginning to make plans for the Spring. Students and parents, we need YOUR input on the learning model options that will be available next semester. Please respond to this brief survey by Friday, October 23. Our intent is to finalize plans for the spring by early December.

Again, all fourth-year students are expected to participate, including Cohort A, Cohort B, everyday students, and our fully-virtual students.
